To Order Cancellations

  • In order to cancel an order, we must be contacted once, within 24 hours of order placed.
  • Custom or personalized order is not eligible for cancelation.
  • If further work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.
  • Once you place the loose Moissanite order from Golden Bird Jewels (Whether it's listed or custom cut Order, certified or non-certified) does not eligible for return or cancellation in any condition, As I've already mentioned all the details including photos or videos of the finished item will be shared with the customers before shipment.

To Returns

  • Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. Please refer to our return policy below for more information.
  • To return your product you have to contact us once.
  • Once the Return Order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back within 7 days after Golden Bird Jewels approval according to the instructions provided.
  • You must have to follow our process, without that if any issue’s occurs with your order we will not responsible for that.
  • While you will return your Jewelry we are not responsible if your parcel lost or for on hold by custom department.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Only listed items are eligible for return. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchange a Purchase

  • Complete and submit the Order Exchanges Request.
  • Once the Order Exchanges Request has been received and reviewed, if we find any misleading things regarding your order we will reject your request of cancelation.
  • The return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back according to the instructions provided.
  • Please email us the details of the new item(s) you would like in exchange for your returned order, and we will set up the new order in your account.
  • In the case the exchange order isn't over $100 of the original order, there is a $15 shipping fee.
  • In the case the exchange order value is less than the original value of the original order your order will be not applicable for the exchange purchase.
